Telemarketing Associate
We are currently looking for an energetic and versatile Inside Sales Telemarketing Associate committed to providing our existing customers and prospective leads with information about our wide range of media products and services. The ideal candidate will be a people person skilled at building relationships over the phone. He/she must be able to contribute significant value by creating customized solutions which combine our expert media advisory services to meet the needs of the individual advertiser. The candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, self-directed atmosphere while maintaining strong ties to our group publishers, marketers, and customer service teams.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business or related field
• 1+ years previous sales or outbound calling experience, preferably within a print/electronic media field
• Must be a sale closer skilled in overcoming objections
• Exceptional verbal and written skills, incredibly personable, and able to project authority over the phone
• Professional, high-energy, self-starter
• Experienced and comfortable using Microsoft Office
